Why Shopify stores clone formats instead of filming
Most small Shopify stores do not lack ideas. They lack time. Filming a reel means a script, a creator, a setup, a few takes and an edit, and the next product needs all of it again. Meanwhile, the formats that sell on TikTok and Instagram are often simple: a person holding the product and saying one sharp line, a close-up of it doing its job, a "3 reasons" list with text cards.
Those formats are patterns, not anyone's property. Clone Viral Videos copies the pattern and makes everything else fresh for your store. The original footage, audio, voice and faces are never reused.
How it works with Shopify
- Enter your store address once. Shopify stores share their product catalog publicly, so we can read your products, names, prices and photos. You see a checklist and keep only the products you want. Starter keeps 10 products per brand, Growth 50 and Scale 250, with re-sync when your catalog changes.
- Pick a reel. Paste a public TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or X reel link, or upload the file. YouTube Shorts often need a file upload. You can also start from our viral template library, which has 660 TikTok and Instagram reels sorted into 10 categories, each with a Create this button.
- Check the free preview. You get the storyboard breakdown, a script written for your product, and one preview frame. Nothing is charged yet.
- Make the clone. We build each shot from your product photos, add word-timed captions, and deliver the reel in 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1. Every video carries an AI-generated label.
For stores with many products, you can make one reel per product from a single format. Each reel uses its normal credits and we show the total first. See bulk product videos from one viral reel.
Formats that suit online stores
Browse Products & shopping templates for demos, hauls and unboxings, and Marketing & UGC templates for talking-head ads. These formats tend to carry over well:
- The one-line hook and demo. An AI actor names a problem, then the product solves it in two or three close-ups.
- "3 things I use every day." A listicle with text cards. You can feature up to 3 of your products in one reel for 1 extra credit.
- Problem to solution. The annoying moment, then the fix. It works with the sound off, which matters for feeds.
- Unboxing and first look. Hands, packaging and the product on a table. Detailed hand work can need a redo, and each clone includes 2 free shot redos.
What does not carry over: dance trends, lip-syncs to a song, a famous creator's face (the reel is remade with your AI actor), and anything that depends on real footage. Our guide what videos can AI clone sorts formats into works, works with limits and can't clone.
What you should check before you post
AI shots follow your photos closely, but details can still change. Look at the label text, the color and the shape of the product in each shot. Big logos and large text usually hold up. Fine print can blur. If a shot is off, use a redo.
Write only claims you can support. Our script writer is told to use the facts on your product page and nothing more, and it flags claims it cannot check. If your product page says "ships in 2 days," the script can say it. If it does not, the script will not invent it.
What it costs a Shopify store
You pay in credits. One credit makes one finished reel up to 15 seconds.
| Plan | Price | Credits a month | Brand profiles | Products per brand |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $39 | 5 | 1 | 10 |
| Growth | $99 | 14 | 3 | 50 |
| Scale | $249 | 36 | 10 | 250 |
Start with the free preview. Your first full clone is a $1 trial (one reel up to 15 seconds, no watermark, one per card). Top-ups are $25 for 3 credits. Full details are on the pricing page.
Tips that save credits
- Give each product a clean photo and one of it in use. The AI shots follow your photos, so better photos mean fewer redos.
- Pick reels where the product could be swapped. If the reel only works because of one creator's personality, it will not carry over.
- Make the 8-second hook version too. An 8-second reel uses half a credit, which makes testing several openings cheap.
- Post with your own trending sound. We never reuse the reference's audio and do not add licensed songs. Add a sound inside TikTok or Instagram when you post.
