Clone Viral Videos ("we") is operated by Wall and Form LLC. By using the service you agree to these terms and to our AI content rules.
The service
You paste a link to a public reference video (or upload the file) and save a brand profile; we analyse the reference's structure (shots, cut timing, word timing, captions, camera moves), write a new script for your brand, and use third-party AI models to generate AI actors, voices, lip-sync and product shots from your own product photos, then assemble video files. Results vary; AI output can contain mistakes, and you must review every video before you publish it.
References
You confirm, for every link or upload, that you own the reference or have permission to use it for analysis, and that you will not use the output to impersonate anyone. We delete the reference video after analysis and keep only the derived structure and a few small storyboard frames, which are deleted after 7 days.
Your content and your videos
You confirm you have the right to use the product photos, names and claims you give us. You own the finished videos and may use them commercially, including after you cancel. You give us a licence to process your content only to make your videos and run the service. We don't use your content to market our service without your written permission.
Accounts, credits and payments
Plans renew every month, or every year on yearly billing, until cancelled. Credits are added every month (yearly plans included) and roll over up to 2 months' worth while you stay subscribed; unused plan credits end when the plan ends. Top-up credits never expire. The $1 trial is one per card and one per account. Refunds follow our refund policy. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes where applicable.
Acceptable use
Follow the AI content rules. We may suspend accounts that break them, abuse free previews or trials, or resell access.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not responsible for how platforms review or distribute your videos.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and use the service for a business, brand or creator account you are allowed to act for.
Copyright and takedown requests
If you believe a video made with Clone Viral Videos infringes your copyright or uses your likeness, email hello@cloneviralvideos.com with: your name and contact details, the work or likeness concerned, where the video appears (or the clone link), a statement that you believe the use is not authorised, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We keep an audit record for every clone (the upload's fingerprint, the rights confirmation and every AI request), so we can find and remove the clone and suspend repeat infringers. The uploaded reference itself is deleted after analysis and is never published.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Wall and Form LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the courts of that state, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
