Clone Viral Videos is operated by Wall and Form LLC, which is responsible for your data under this policy. Contact us from inside your account or at hello@cloneviralvideos.com.

What we collect

• Your email address (to sign you in and send your videos).
• Your brand profile: your website address, an optional Instagram handle (stored as text only; we never contact Instagram), and the logo, colours, product names and photos we read from your website or you upload.
• Reference videos you upload, only until they are analysed (see below), and the clones we make.
• Billing details are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. For the $1 trial we store Stripe's card fingerprint (not the card number) to keep it to one per card.

Reference videos

A reference, fetched once from a public link you paste or uploaded by you, is analysed on our own server (cut detection and speech timing run locally) and then deleted. We keep the derived structure, a fingerprint (SHA-256) of the file for takedown handling, and up to one small frame per shot for your storyboard, deleted after 7 days. The reference's wording is dropped once your new script exists. A reference is never sent to an image, video or voice generation model.

Optional Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies an account identifier and verified email so we can sign you in. We do not request access to your Gmail or Drive for sign-in and do not store Google access or refresh tokens for it. You can disconnect Google in sign-in settings.

Who processes it

• kie.ai routes generation to AI model providers (Google, Kuaishou Kling, ElevenLabs, OpenAI) to write scripts and make images, voices and video. Files a model needs (your product photos, an AI actor image, a generated voice track or still) are uploaded to kie.ai's file service by an unlisted link that is deleted after a few days. A short summary of each storyboard frame may be sent to the text model to name shot types.
• Stripe for payments, Brevo for email, Railway for hosting.

How long we keep it

Your clones and brand profiles stay in your account until you delete them or close your account. Files sent to AI providers are deleted by them within 14 days.

Your choices

Delete any clone or brand profile from your account. To delete your account and everything in it, email hello@cloneviralvideos.com. We don't sell personal data and don't use advertising trackers on this site.
