How credits work
You pay in credits. One credit makes one finished reel of up to 15 seconds. Short 8-second hooks cost half a credit, and longer reels use more.

Showing 2 or 3 products in one reel uses 1 extra credit on top of its length. For example, a 15-second reel with 3 products is 2 credits. A reel with one product has no extra charge.
Each clone includes 2 free single-shot redos. If a clone fails on our side, its credits come back automatically. A clone is one reference reel remade for one brand, delivered in 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1. The three sizes do not cost extra.
Making one reel for each of your products (a batch) charges each reel its normal credits. There is no batch discount, because every reel needs its own AI shots. We show the total before anything runs. Batch reels show one product each, so the extra multi-product credit does not apply to them. See bulk product videos.

What is not included
On any plan, we do not offer:
- Reuse of the original video's footage, audio, voice, music or faces
- Look-alikes of real people, celebrities or creators, or a cloned voice of a real person
- Licensed trending songs. Add trending audio inside TikTok or Instagram when you post.
- Auto-posting to your social accounts
- A frame-by-frame video editor. You can edit script lines, redo shots and change caption styles.
- 4K, or finished videos longer than 90 seconds
- Human editors or done-for-you service. Clone Viral Videos is self-serve.
Refunds and rollover
Cancel any time from your billing page. If you cancel within 7 days and made no more than one clone, you can refund in full yourself with the Refund and cancel button. Unused credits roll over for up to two months while your plan is active.
Payment
We accept cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App. We do not offer buy-now-pay-later financing.
