AI content rules

Clone Viral Videos is operated by Wall and Form LLC. It remakes the format of a reel with AI actors and AI shots of your products. These rules protect you, your accounts and the people who watch your videos. By making a clone you agree to them.

1. Only references you may use

• Tick the box on every link and upload: you own the reel or have permission to use it as a reference for analysis, and you will not use the output to impersonate anyone.
• We read only the structure and delete the video after analysis. We never reuse its footage, audio, voice, faces or words.

2. AI actors only

• Every actor is AI-generated. We do not use or imitate real people, celebrities, creators or public figures, and we never clone a voice.
• Reels built around a recognisable person, a dance, a song, children, movie or TV clips or a real news event are refused at upload.

3. No fake customers or fake reviews

• Don't present an AI actor as a real customer, a verified buyer, an expert or a doctor.
• Don't add captions such as "real review", "not sponsored" or "verified purchase".
• The US Federal Trade Commission's rule on fake reviews and testimonials (16 CFR Part 465) forbids testimonials from people who don't exist or never used the product.

4. AI label stays on

• Every clone carries a small "AI-generated" label burned into the video. It cannot be switched off.
• Also use the platform's own AI-content setting when you post (Meta "AI info", TikTok AI-generated content label). New York's synthetic performer disclosure law applies to ads that use AI performers.

5. Claims must be true

• Our script writer uses only facts from your brand profile and product page, flags numbers that are not on your page, and blocks medical, weight-loss, income, guarantee and "expert" claims until you change them.
• You are responsible for every claim in the final script.

6. Products you are allowed to sell

Only make videos for products you own or are authorised to advertise. Don't use other brands' trademarks to imply an endorsement.

7. What happens if rules are broken

We may refuse a script, remove content and close accounts that break these rules, without refund for the misuse. Report misuse or a takedown request to hello@cloneviralvideos.com; every clone keeps an audit record (reference fingerprint, rights confirmation, models used) so we can act on it.
