What gets copied from the reel I use?
Only the format: the hook type, the order and length of the shots, where the cuts fall, the caption style and the camera moves. Never the audio, the footage, the faces, the voice or the words.
Is it really my product in the video?
The product shots are generated from your own product photos, which are sent to the image model as the reference. AI can still change small details such as fine print on a label, so review the finished video before you publish it. Each clone includes 2 free single-shot redos for a shot you do not like.
How much does a clone cost?
One credit makes one finished reel up to 15 s = 1 credit, 16-30 s = 2, 31-45 s = 3, 46-60 s = 4 (60 seconds is the longest). Plans: Starter $39/month for 5 credits, Growth $99/month for 14 credits, Scale $249/month for 36 credits. A top-up is $25 for 3 credits. Your first full clone can be a $1 trial (1 credit, one per card).
Is there a free trial?
The preview is free: paste a reel link or upload the file and get the storyboard breakdown, a script written for your brand and one preview frame, up to 3 times a day on a free account. There is no free video; your first full clone costs $1 (1 credit, no watermark, one per card).
What if a clone fails?
If a clone fails on our side, its credits come back automatically.
Can I clone any reel?
Reels that work because of their format clone well: talking-to-camera hooks, reviews, product demos with cutaways, listicles, problem and solution. Reels that work because of a dance, a song, a celebrity, children, movie or TV clips, or a real news event are refused at upload, and nothing is charged.
Who appears in my video?
An AI actor you pick from our cast of 120 AI-generated people, speaking with one of 46 AI voices. Nobody's real face or voice is used, and the reference is never sent to a generation model.
Do I have to say it is AI?
Every clone carries a small AI-generated label, and it stays on. Also switch on the platform's AI-content setting when you post (Meta and TikTok ask for it), and never present the AI actor as a real customer: the FTC does not allow fake testimonials.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your billing page. Your plan runs to the end of the month (or year) you paid for. Within 7 days of your first payment you can press "Refund and cancel" if you made no more than one clone; failed clones do not count. Cancelling in the card portal does not refund. Refunds need Stripe's confirmation; while a refund is pending, the plan stays active.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits roll over for up to 2 months' worth while you stay subscribed. Top-up credits never expire.
Who owns the videos?
You own the finished videos and may use them commercially, in ads and organic posts, even after canceling, provided you have the rights to the reference you uploaded and the product photos, and you follow our rules, platform policies and AI disclosure requirements. Platform approval is not guaranteed.
Is there an API?
Yes, on the Scale plan. Create a key under Settings, API keys, and read your clones and their download links from your own code. The API is described at /api/docs.
