Refunds and cancelling

Payments for Clone Viral Videos are taken by Wall and Form LLC, the seller of record, and refunds come from it.

Cancel any time

Open Billing and choose "Manage plan", then "Cancel plan". Your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you paid for, and you keep every video you made.

Full refund in the first 7 days

With an active plan, you can get a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you made no more than one clone since then. Failed clones and free previews do not count. Press "Refund and cancel" on Billing; cancelling in the card portal does not refund. Refunds need Stripe's confirmation; a pending refund leaves your plan active. After confirmation your plan is canceled and banks usually show the refund in 5 to 10 business days.

The clone limit counts queued, running and finished paid clones.

The $1 trial

The trial is one per card and one per account. A second trial on the same card is refunded automatically and gives no credit.

Renewals and top-ups

Monthly and yearly renewals are not refundable once the new period has started, but you can cancel before the renewal date. Top-up credit packs are not refundable and never expire.

Failed clones

If a clone fails on our side, its credits return to your account automatically. Each clone also includes 2 free single-shot redos.
