Oakgen alternatives

Oakgen is an all-in-one AI workspace: chat, images, video, voice and ads under one credit balance. Its menu includes Trends (turn your photos into videos in the style of current trends, many of them dance trends), Motion control from reference clips, UGC ads, carousels, an agent and an MCP connection for ChatGPT and Claude. It is a lot of tools in one place.

Some people want the opposite: one tool that does one job well, a free way to try first, or written rules about source videos. This page lists five real alternatives. We make Clone Viral Videos, so we have a stake. Every fact about another tool comes from its own website, checked on October 31, 2026, and we left out anything we could not confirm.

Oakgen's plans, for reference

From Oakgen's own pricing article (updated October 30, 2026):

PlanMonthlyCredits a month
Basic$194,000
Pro$398,000
Ultimate$6915,000
Creator$9930,000

Annual billing lowers the monthly rate. Oakgen says new accounts start with 0 credits and there is no free trial, signup bonus or free tier.

When an alternative makes more sense

  • You want to try before paying. Oakgen has no free trial. Several tools below do.
  • You want a viral reel remade, not a trend template. Oakgen's Trends start from your photos and a trend it offers. If you have found a specific reel that fits your business, a format-cloning tool is closer to that job.
  • You want guardrails written down. Brands that run ads often need to know what happens to the reference video, to faces and to claims.
  • You want fewer choices. A suite with many models is powerful, and also a lot to learn.

1. Clone Viral Videos

Clone Viral Videos does one job: it remakes a viral reel's format for your brand. Paste a public TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or X link, upload a file, or click Create this on any of the 660 reels in our viral template library. We keep the hook, shot order, pacing and caption style, and make new shots with an AI actor and AI shots of your real products. We use Kling 4.0 as the main video model and Kling Avatar for lip-synced talking shots; our model comparison explains why.

Where it differs from Oakgen:

  • A free preview before any payment, then a $1 first clone.
  • A brand profile saved once from your website: products, photos, colors and tone.
  • Rules on the source. The reference's footage, audio, voice and faces are never reused, it is deleted after analysis, reels built around famous people are remade with an AI actor (never the real face), and every output is labeled AI-generated.
  • No dance trends. Body motion in group dances is hard to recreate faithfully, so we do not clone them. If dance trends are what you want, Oakgen's Trends are closer to that.

Both offer an MCP connection for ChatGPT and Claude; ours is described on use it in ChatGPT and Claude. Plans are $39, $99 and $249 a month for 5, 14 and 36 credits. See pricing.

2. Topview

Topview is an AI video suite for marketers. Its Viral Video Agent rebuilds a reference clip around a product image, and every plan includes unlimited saved Product Avatars. Listed plans run from $36 to $56 a month, billed annually. See Topview alternatives.

3. Creatify

Creatify is an AI ad platform with AI actors and Ad Clone, which rebuilds a winning ad from a TikTok or Instagram link, a direct video link or a file. It has a free plan with 10 credits a month and watermarked exports. See Creatify alternatives and Clone Viral Videos vs Creatify.

4. HeyGen

HeyGen makes avatar videos: a presenter reads your script. Its pricing page lists a free plan, Creator at $29 a month, Pro at $49 and Business at $149 plus $20 per seat. It fits explainer and talking-presenter videos more than reel cloning.

5. Hypit

Hypit is open source and runs through coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex. The software is free to use and hosted plans run $9.90 to $99.90 a month. It suits developers. See Hypit alternatives.

Our honest take

If you use many kinds of AI media every week (images, voice, music, carousels and video), a suite like Oakgen can be good value. If your main need is "make this reel for my brand," a narrow tool asks less of you. For browsing formats by business type, start with Products & shopping or Fun & storytime.

Questions

Plain answers. Anything missing? Write to us from inside your account.

Is there an Oakgen alternative with a free trial?

Yes. Creatify and HeyGen list free plans. Clone Viral Videos has a free preview (storyboard, script and one frame) and a $1 first clone. Oakgen says it has no free trial.

Can Clone Viral Videos make dance trend videos like Oakgen Trends?

No. We do not clone dance and choreography trends, because group body motion is hard to recreate faithfully. We focus on talking, demo, listicle and before-and-after formats.

Does Clone Viral Videos work in ChatGPT and Claude like Oakgen?

Yes. Both offer an MCP connection. Ours uses OAuth sign-in, and spending credits is a separate permission that is off unless you turn it on.

Which costs less, Oakgen or Clone Viral Videos?

Oakgen starts at $19 a month for 4,000 credits across many tools. Clone Viral Videos starts at $39 a month for 5 credits, where one credit makes one finished reel up to 15 seconds. They price different things, so compare by cost per finished video you would actually use.

Do these tools reuse the original video?

Clone Viral Videos never reuses the reference's footage, audio, voice or faces. For other tools, check their documentation.
